When I made this song, a lot of tense events have been happening worldwide. As a respite for me and others, I made this based on the 4-second square breathing exercise.

So it starts as soon as the first hi-hat starts it goes like this:
1. Breathe in slowly for 4 seconds
2. Hold for 4 seconds
3. Breathe out slowly for 4 seconds
4. Hold for 4 seconds
5. Repeat

Some of the sounds of the music also hint to this:
- 4 beats = 4 seconds
- Hi-hat = do next step
- There's noise in the background simulating breathing in and out

The music itself is at 120 BPM but has the kick on every other beat so it kicks every second. (aka 60 BPM) If you want a faster pace, 130 BPM and 140 BPM versions are available.

The experimentation of instruments actually led me to the part where the Animal Crossing saving sound plays.
