When I made this song, a lot of tense events have been happening worldwide. As a respite for me and others, I made this based on the 4-second square breathing exercise.

So it starts as soon as the first hi-hat starts it goes like this:
1. Breathe in slowly for 4 beats
2. Hold for 4 beats
3. Breathe out slowly for 4 beats
4. Hold for 4 beats
5. Repeat

This is a faster 130 BPM version of the original, which kicks at 65 BPM, or 1.08 beats per second. I recommend using this when you're having a hard time holding your breath.

The experimentation of instruments actually led me to the part where the Animal Crossing saving sound plays.
